For cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the rental agreement under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is considered decisive for determining the applicable cancellation terms, with the provision that for notifications received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the following working day shall apply. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
