Maison sympa et agréable

Accueil conciergerie patronne à l'arrivée pas très aimable mais Maison agréable malgré le manque de certaines petites choses, état propreté moyen, évier salle de bain bouché, pas de porte serviette, pas de grande casserole ni grande poêle, pas de stationnement a part sur accotement zone reservée velo hors de la maison. Petit jardin sympa. très proche du centre ville, boulangerie, marché et parcs, personne conciergerie au départ super souriante et accueillante à contrario de sa patronne, ménage à 105 euros très cher par rapport au résultat attendu

Séduisant mais décevant

Extérieurement cette maison est séduisante, et bien décorée. Elle est situé à proximité des commerces de Vaux et du parc de la mairie. Voisins calmes, très calmes... Mais quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires pour permettre des séjours agréables : -Faire une sbd fonctionnelle, nous avons passé 2 semaines avec un lavabo bouché malgré la visite d'un plombier, aucune réparation n'a eu lieu -Isolation phonique ! La rue est très passante, donc réveil avant 8h tlj. -Pour la cuisine, une hotte serait utile pour éviter que la vapeur et les odeurs ne restent dans la pièce principale ; et un peu plus de vaisselle (assiettes) car à trois c'était une tournée lave vaisselle par jour...gaspillage -Une clim... quand il fait chaud nous devons choisir entre courant d'air + bruit de la rue + moustiques ou ... avoir chaud. Au bilan c'est donc une déception, et un rapport qualité/prix désavantageux
