It is located in a quiet area of Vaux sur mer near the city center, 2 km from Royan, (beach and Thalasso). Fully enclosed garden with sun loungers + terrace garden furniture with awning + barbecue. 2 parking spaces in in front of the house + a garage. 3 bedrooms: 1. 1 double bed (new bedding) + TV. 2. 1 bed 140. 3; 2 beds of 1m with new bedding (mattress protector and fitted sheet provided as unusual size) Living / dining room: large living room with 1 large table + chairs, large buffet, TV, sofa, armchairs, large safe, table low, & shelf. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a towel warmer. The toilets are independent. Rental of household linen and sheets on request, ie € 10 per person.
If you take the "linen" option the beds are made upon your arrival !!
Baby equipment can be provided: cot high chair available and small bathtub
Provision of 4 bikes: 2 adults and 2 children. however, we reserve the right to remove them if their condition deteriorates or if repairs are required .... For weekend prices, please contact us.
