Very cheap and no wonder ! Room was tiny, just enough to get a small double bed in and just about walk around it. The worst bed we’ve ever slept on (basically a cheap, nasty put-you-up type camping bed with a thin mattress. Best way to describe the pillow was like someone had rolled up about 20 pairs of old socks and stuffed them into a pillow case ! Truly awful, we had to wrap our own towels around the pillows to try and make them comfy. Nowhere near Annecy for shopping etc either.

Budget hotel value for money

Blocks of four cabin modules with pod toilet shower units. Informative and helpful reception. Clean, tidy, basic with adequate storage.

Cheap short stay.

Cheap stay good for a night and single person. Bit tight if two people and luggage. It worked for me, but might not for others. I read through reviews and felt it matched what I needed.

Great wifi and a good stopover

We were a little disappointed at first as when we arrived the reception was closed and we had not notice different opening times for weekends on your website. Also the automatic key system did not have a record of our booking. However after that we found the hotel comfortable with one of the best Wifi in a hotel we have experienced. The rooms are small but adequate for an overnight stop. The hotel is well kept but is showing it's age a little.

This is very much an economy hotel. The neighborhood is not terribly inviting, but it is close to Annecy. The room was small, and the bathroom was very small, which was fine for us but may not be suitable for visitors who are above average size. There was no air conditioning, which was a drawback. We were not able to get much ventilation, and the room was warm and stuffy as a result. We most likely would not select this hotel again.

Nice town

Just out of town easy to get to countryside but tricky to get to town as road system is messy in annecy.relatively quiet and open stairway acts as a balcony so more spacious feel great price book on Internet Expedia is even cheaper.we stayed 3 days and were happy.not many restaurants nearby but supermarket is

Great location

The hotel was a good budget hotel and the location was quite nice. However, we were looking forward to visiting the restaurant, especially after reading the reviews. But because it was Sunday it was closed, so was the other restaurants within walking distance. This meant after a days driving, we then had to drive again and also not enjoy a drink. We were informed that the bar would open at 8:30pm but this was closed at 10pm when we returned from the restaurant.

Not fancy, not fussy - and not to be missed.

A motel rather than a hotel: the reception and dining area are in a small block adjacent to the rooms, which are housed in a separate two-storey block. Free internet access in reception, free WiFi in the rooms (the receptionist will give you the access code on request), 24-hour access using a passcode for the gate. Ample free car-parking. Rooms: clean; the same applied to my "en suite" toilet / shower cubicle. A bit cosy for more than just a few nights - I stayed for three, but a week would have been about my limit, I think. The breakfast buffet (EUR 5.00 per person over the room price as of Monday 19 September 2011) is entirely French: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, baguette, various types of bread and cereal, jam, butter. Tip: if (like me) you prefer coffee made with *cold* milk, draw a "café long" from the machine and add milk from the jug on the side. The staff were uniformly pleasant - although non-French speakers may have to wait a moment for a <insert language here - usually English> speaker to be found.
