A bit expensive parking (130 SEK) considering the price of the room is already expensive. Pillows were too big for allowing comfortably.

Rummen, Det var rĂ€tt kallt pĂ„ rummen, vi hade bokat tvĂ„ rum dĂ„ vi kom med familjen 28/12-25. Vi försökte justera pĂ„ displayen i rummen men det gjorde ingen skillnad. Rummen ser frĂ€scha ut och Ă€r riktigt fina, Ă€ven badrum, StĂ€dpersonalen va vĂ€ldigt trevliga och hĂ€lsade. SPA Bubbelpoolen och det omrĂ„det Ă€r rĂ€tt slitet, inga stora förĂ€ndringar krĂ€vs. Byt ut bubbelpoolen till en ny, den höll alldeles för lĂ„g vĂ€rme och flera plastkomponenter va sönder och den kĂ€nns 1990 tal, ja den funkar men inte mer. Fixa ny trall runt den och laga fuktskador i vĂ€ggar och runt fönster, Ă„tgĂ€rda rost vid ventilation. Duscharna var trasiga pĂ„ herrarnas, bĂ„da tvĂ„. Tapeten har slĂ€ppt pĂ„ damernas i omklĂ€dningsrummet, det sĂ„g inte sĂ„ kul ut. Spa avdelningen vid stora poolen va fint och i ordning, mycket bra. Lite vĂ€l kallt för vĂ„r smak, sĂ€rskilt nĂ€r det Ă€r en ”mindre pool” och man inte kan simma och röra sig sĂ„ mycket i den dĂ„ fryser man snabbt.. prova sjĂ€lva. Gym, Va helt OK! Frukost, Är helt OK, det man förvĂ€ntar sig pĂ„ ett stadshotell finns och allt ser bra ut. Men vill man höja det ett snĂ€pp till sĂ„ stĂ€ll nĂ„gon bakom disken i köket som hĂ€lsar god morgon, frĂ„gar om man vill ha ett stekt Ă€gg eller kanske en vĂ„ffla som serveras av dom, det gör otroligt stor skillnad. Företaget och hotellet Ă€r ”mötet med kunden”, det Ă€r verksamheten. Det kunde varit ett roligare bemötande i receptionen, vi hade bokat tvĂ„ rum, de lĂ„g pĂ„ vĂ„ning 3 och 5, hade varit trevligt med försök av rumbyte.
