This hotel was so beautiful, and the staff members were so helpful and kind, especially the manager Nipa and the rooftop bartender Azziz. In addition, the breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff members were gracious and attentive. My friend and I dined at the Visteria Restaurant which was arranged by Nipa, the manager. Chef Francesco Sarno's cuisine was outstanding, along with impeccable service. The tasting menu with the wine pairing was the dining experience of a lifetime.

Very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional and we had a view to the lake from our table that we we will remember forever!! A free shuttle to and from the train station was an asset. Very friendly personnel. We ate at La visteria in the hotel and had the most wonderful culinary experience , michelin type experience, although not michelin starred or Bib awarded restaurant , certainly was at this level. Highly recommended.
