Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
We paid Rs. 50 K per night for three nights in this hotel and were expecting a five start stay. It is far from that. The staff is inadequately trained. My internet was not working in the room and I had t take an important business zoom call. I had to cancel it. The reception told me there were jammers deployed around property and that’s the reason. Later upon pushing them to fix the issue they realised their WIFi was not working in other rooms as well while it was working in the lobby and at reception. I called the spa for booking. They told me they will call me shortly. Then never called back. I had to follow up. The staff training about how to take care of guests is really not there. This property is not worth 50K a night. It’s a complete rip off. I have stayed in Oberoi / ITC / Taj many times and their service at half that room rate is phenomenal. The owners / promoters of this hotel need to deeply evaluate what value they are bringing to the guests at that price point.
