The lady that runs this place is very nice and helpful. The only problem is the Wi-Fi. She only turns it on for short periods when you ask her to do so.

The BEST stay in Varadero!

This guest house stay was absolutely perfect for our time in Varadero. The host and her husband were so warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in. We were presented with fresh juice inside their house. Our actual room was also perfect including a kitchen and patio. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We were also offered breakfast both mornings for a small charge - VERY worth it and delicious! The hosts also helped to arrange our transportation back to Havana for a good price. This stay was beyond our expectations and we recommend it to anyone who visits Varadero. Steps away from the beach and nice restaurants too!

No frills beach stay

If you're looking at a no-frills accommodation in Varadero, I would suggest this guesthouse. It is quite small and is mostly fit for simply sleeping, as we spent most of our days out at the beach! The house was very clean and our host was kind enough to organize a cab to take us back to Havana airport. My only concern was that there was a major lack of wifi. The best way to get service was to stand on a corner outside of the house! Otherwise, super close to the beach!

The location is good. The host spoke no English at all which was a bit tricky when my Google Translate on my phone was not working. The internet only works on the outdoor patio.

Cute place on a nice street. Easily walkable / short cab ride to everything. Super close walk to the amazingly beautiful beach. And a taxi driver lives across the street - which made it even more convenient!

It had 2 rooms (a kitchen and a bedroom) so plenty of space for the 3 of us. Outside is also an area to hang laundry. The beach is in walking distance as is transportation and restaurants. Elia the lady in charge helped us when ever we needed her, always had an open door and always made sure that everything was ok. We had a really good time here and would stay anytime again.
