Excellent accueil par le propriétaire. Local agréable et confortable, proche des courses et du centre ville. Environnement très calme. Nous avons bien apprécié le balcon avec vue sur les arbres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Studio agréable avec petit balcon, et bien situé , coin calme.
Trés bon séjour, avec mon mari, à Vannes dans le studio de Mr Le Brize . (Suffisant pour 2 personnes). Une gentille attention de sa part : 1 bouteille d'eau bien fraîche, trés appréciable avoir voyagé des heures sous la chaleur + 1 bouteille de cidre fermier .
Studio bien situé, proche du centre ville, de ses rues pavées et de ses remparts (20-25 mins à pied) aussi grande surface (10 mins à pied).
Accès direct en voiture pour partir à la découverte du golf (villages, plages, etc....)
Propriétaire facilement joignable en cas de besoin, répond aux SMS ds les minutes qui suivent , personne trés sympathique et arrangeante !

Prestations à la hauteur du prix demandé !
Le propriétaire est très sympathique, et offre une bouteille d’un excellent cidre de fabrication locale.
L’appartement est bien équipé : deux plaques de cuisson, un four à micro-ondes (pas de four traditionnel), un réfrigérateur, un grille-pain, une cafetière électrique, et tous les ustensiles de vaisselle classiques, jusqu’au tire-bouchon.
Bien que situé à proximité d’une ligne de TGV, cet appartement est particulièrement calme, et aucun bruit n’est jamais venu perturber notre sommeil réparateur des longues marches à la découverte des iles bretonnes !!
Le petit balcon est très agréable pour prendre l’apéritif ou le petit déjeuner.
Aucun problème de stationnement n’est à craindre, car l’appartement dispose d’une place de parking attitrée.
Pour ma part, la seule ombre au tableau a concerné la connexion Internet. Si le débit descendant est correct (en moyenne 3 Mb/S), cette connexion Wifi n’est gratuite que 2 jours. Ensuite, il faut payer 12 euros pour la semaine, exclusivement par carte bancaire (pas de Paypal), après ouverture d’un compte chez Wifirst , nécessitant de décliner toute son identité y compris sa date de naissance.
En conclusion, à part ce petit inconvénient, je recommande cette location pour y passer un séjour de vacances, car le rapport prestations/prix est très satisfaisant.
