Good property but host not very friendly

The property was great, clean, AAA neighborhood but host was not very friendly, kept asking us to not be loud and we were just sitting and having a moderate level conversation, on the flip side their own kitchen is right behind the unit, could hear them at 7AM banging pots around while we were trying to sleep, I guess thats typical when you are living with the host but next trip went to a hotel.
