Friendly staff, easy check-in. Parking isn’t ideal but they make it work. You can hear the other people in rooms loud and the air noise is very loud too. To be expected at an airport hotel. The rooms are outdated but clean. It works for a night to make A flight a miss the traffic.

The room was nice and clean when we checked in. The breakfast was good too. Mostly pancakes, bagels, bread, muffins, some fruits and yogurt. The only issue was that our room faced a flight path, so there was a lot of noise from the airplanes. Technically, it is not the hotel's fault.

Room was clean. Staff were very helpful. Amenities were good as well. Only downfall in the entire stay was no gluten- free or dairy/ free option on the breakfast.. there was nothing I could eat. But the staff were wondefful

Staff could definitely be friendlier but were adequate… parking is awful and don’t expect “breakfast” unless you’re after type 2 diabetes lol not a single source of protein to be had, not even a hard boiled egg. Rooms were clean and it was decently quiet for a Saturday Night in a busy area. TONS of nightlife close by, great ethnic foods, shopping, karaoke, and close to the airport.

The hotel and staff were good. The floor outside the pool was wet and I fell and have really hurt myself. There was no wet floor sign when I fell, staff walked by me laying on the floor and later a wet floor sign was put up No one offered help and I am being referred to physiotherapy

Nice family hotel, good sized room, puffy mattress on the king. Long bathroom counter. Standard breakfast fare, would like more protein options. Had a slow draining sink and maintenance was on in it minutes. Good staff and service.
