Extremely loud, other guests yelling in the hallways until 11:00 at night, then the guest next door cpuld be heard clearly being sick in his room for several hours after that. Also the heat dodnt work in our room so we froze all night

Service is decent here for the price that you pay. The one challenge, like anywhere else in Vancouver, is the tight parking space, we stayed here a week and rented a vehicle (it was large) and there was extreme difficulty parking each night. As long as you were lucky enough to find a parking spot (anytime you arrive after 9 p.m.) you'll be required to park on the street overnight.
