Stayed there for one night. We arrived at midnight after 12am. Quick and easy check-in. The room was clean. Everything worked as expected. Nothing to complain about. We could hear some minor noise from outside of the room, such as people talking, constant low pitch machine hum from somewhere in the building. I was very tired and used ear plugs so the noise did not cause much trouble. The noise of planes taking off was loud. They flew by very close b/c the hotel is close to the airport. And they started very early in the morning. Breakfast was OK. Onsite parking spots are very limited. But the hotel does provide street parking permit for about 10 spots across the street.

Booked incredibly last minute as our flight got stuck in Vancouver. The only downside of the hotel itself is that there wasn't a restaurant on site, but there are tons within a very short walking distance. Only real complaint is that breakfast started getting ready before 5am. We had to leave at 6am to make our new flight. It was too late when we came in to eat, and too early in the morning to catch a restaurant. At 5:58am after not eating (and mentioning it's been over 30 hours since I last ate), the breakfast attendant would not allow us to eat because it wasn't exactly 6am and they needed to take pictures of the set up. Rather than accomodating the literal 2 minutes, they chose to make a problem out of it.

The first room I was first given didn't smell freshly cleaned and one of the beds didn't have that freshly made up appearance, I asked to be moved to another room which the staff was able to do. A guest at my check in was complaining about having several bites on his legs ( possible Bedbugs ) from sleeping in the bed and asked to change rooms The check in person only told me about the $100 hold on my Credit Card but not the fact they also charge the whole two nights stay room charge until I received a notification from my Credit Card company and I phoned the front desk about it. The breakfast was ok but quite basic though, It would be a fantastic idea to have scrambled eggs, bacon and or maybe some potato hash browns. If the hotel could schedule Fire Alarm testing days to a day that is not on a long weekend that would be preferred. Cleaning staff need to be very diligent about hygiene and especially about bed bugs these days. Thank you!

Clean rooms, easy 10 minute drive to airport. A little noisy from airport traffic but to be expected in a location this close to airport.

The toilet was not attached to the floor properly. The tub drain was very slow draining so the tub filled up quickly while showering. And the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I did advise the front desk about the bathroom issues. Housekeeping had to have known of the issues when they cleaned the room prior to us staying there. Lack of maintenance in my opinion.
