Friendly staff welcomed us to check in. Every time we walked by the front desk, they recognized us and greeted. That made us feel very special. The room was clean, roomy, comfortable & clean bed, nice lightings, quiet, and safe area around. Breakfast was variety of choices. All time coffee and hot water service were nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Surrey during our trip to Vancouver and were very pleased! The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed - especially the comfortable bed and the quietness despite the proximity to the highway. The reception staff were very friendly and ready to help at any time. Parking is free, which is also a big plus. Downtown Vancouver is a 20-25 minute drive away. Excellent value for money - I recommend this hotel for both business trips and family holidays!
