We loved our stay and the suite...did miss a regular coffee (Kurig) maker....old school I guess. Would have loved ice cubes in the fridge freezer. On the down side we didn't get a refill of the coffee we had used on the first night but in the scheme of big picture, disappointing but not the end of the day! All in all a good stay with a great breakfast!

We had a great day. Appreciated that breakfast was included. The room was very clean and the staff are very kind. We do wish that we would not have been charged for parking though, since we were already paying for a night at the hotel. A lot of places within walking distance, which was nice.

Poor value for money. Impossible to use stairs rather than the lift. Worryingly for fire safety, if you do open a door to the staircase, you will find the handles on the other side don’t work which means if your way was blocked lower down you would be trapped and couldn’t come out on a floor, cross it and take another staircase. Breakfast quality is dire. No hotel in this price bracket in the UK would get away with serving rubbish like this. They can’t even cook eggs and buy in omelettes and scrambled eggs.
