The front desk staff who checked us in was rude. Asked if we “had a stressed day”, when I informed her that my last stay there the parking was free due to my Expedia gold status she replied “we have never given free parking”. I had free parking so basically implying I was a liar. She did not tell us about the breakfast buffet nor the wifi. Our room was right beside the elevator door and the laundry Shute so we were woken up early with the sound of things slamming down the Shute. We have stayed at this hotel twice before, had lovely room upgrades and pleasant staff, that was not the case this time and I don’t think we’ll choose to stay here next time.

The friendly staff at check in “forgot” to mention that parking costs $40 additional on top, he just said of course we have parking downstairs. For this much they had ZERO, NADA, NONE charging option for EV-s. Such a shame on you, not returning
