The suite is located at Grand Boulevard , North Vancouver—a quiet, safe residential stretch with mature trees and a calm street ambiance.

Right across the street, you have one of the major bus stops along Grand Boulevard. Multiple bus routes pass directly in front of the home, connecting you to key transit hubs.

Among the routes are #229 / #210 (or other) which run frequently between North Vancouver and Lonsdale Quay. From Lonsdale, you can catch the SeaBus to downtown Vancouver in about 12–15 minutes.

This is a good unit for 1 to 2 people. It is small, but has what you need. I just used it to sleep in, but the kitchen had a small fridge, microwave and hot plate. Good value on a budget and a quiet, clean space with lots of windows.
