The room was great! Service everywhere was good! The breakfast staff were always warm and welcoming and helpful! Room was super clean! Breakfast was good three out of four mornings! It was lukewarm one day and the sausage rounds dried out a little! However overall it was comfortable, quiet and we would stay there again!!!

Hotel is in decent location. Able to walk to desired locations. Room is clean, beds are super comfortable. Would have liked some utensils in the room so you could use the room amenities better. I saw no point in making coffee since I couldn’t stir it for example.

Air conditioning was too loud for me when it was working. We were unable to use the breakfast facility due to having to leave the hotel by 5:30 am. But the lady at the front desk compensated us with 2 bottles of water and 2 bags of sun chips.

The property is well maintained for an older hotel. The staff, especially the breakfast staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great, and free! The best thing about my room was that it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was not the cleanest though, had some crumbs on the floor, a dirty rag in the closet and the furniture was older with scratches on it, the drawers wouldn’t fully close. The location of the hotel is perfect for me though. Will stay there again.

There was free parking and a great breakfast included with the stay. Our standard room was small but adequate. There is a very nice lobby to relax in and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We would stay here again if in the area.

Pros: clean rooms, comfortable beds, good location. Great free breakfast. Cons: its a motel style (entrance from putside), older property, furniture is looking old. Our room had no view (window looked over a stairwell) and the air con / heater unit was extremely loud when it ran. Also no carpet in the room, which made the floor uncomfortably cold. We stayed one night and it was fine, but it the not the quality I would expect in a Best Western Plus.

The Best Western Plus Burnaby Hotel was clean, however the TV was not connected and hence we were unable to see the normal news. The front Lady Staff forgot to give us our wake up call in the morning, if I did not get up on my own we would have missed our Flight to Toronto. The check in Staff a Person by the name of Dinesh was VERY HELPFUL we checked in on 8 September2025 and checked out on 10 September 2025. Kind Regards From Australia 5 October 2025
