7.6/10 Good! (150 reviews)
Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints.
Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as I was preparing to leave and reception staff did apologise and arrange the maintenance crew to check.

8.4/10 Very good! (901 reviews)
A really affordable place to stay in Tenerife. Easy access to places nearby such as shopping, eating out, pubs, beach and a free daily scheduled bus/coach shutter going to las vista beach in las americas. Room was great, 3 pools was a benefit as we wanted to peaceful holiday and the gym was great. Cleaning service was top class as we stayed for 2 weeks we got cleaning services every 3rd day, which was nice getting everything restocked and cleaned etc. free on street parking is nearby the hotel, if you rent a car, much useful. Staff at the place were very friendly and helpful. Much recommended.
P.S it is on a hill so you have to walk up a steep incline to get to the hotel but that’s standard with most countries.

7.8/10 Good! (226 reviews)
The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks.
Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay.

"Friendly and helpful staff. A beautiful location and a building at somewhat remote location far from most sites. Rooms lacked usual 4 star hotel services including coffee&tea making facilities. No access to the beach even the hotel is by the sea. No pool or gym. El Hierro is an amazing island with ..."
