The villetta is detached and ideal for up to four guests. It is ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet and active holidaymakers who go on hiking and biking tours or pursue other leisure activities from there.

Equipment
This pretty holiday home is of high quality, stylish and lovingly furnished, with a living-dining area and a sleeping area with a French double bed.
In the living area, which is separated from the sleeping area by a heavy curtain, there is a pull-out leather couch (120x190 cm) that can be used as a double bed. The washbasin, shower and toilet are integrated in the spacious bathroom.
In the kitchenette with granite work surface, a ceramic plate with four burners is integrated as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The comforts of the villetta include the secretary for paperwork, Wi-Fi, and TV.
On the property there is a beautiful community pool with stairs. It should be noted that a maximum of four other people can use the pool.
The sunny terrace is furnished with a large parasol. The lawn is suitable as a sunbathing area.
