Located in Vallons-de-l'Erdre, between Châteaubriant and Ancenis (25 km), Le Jeanneau is a beautifully renovated farmhouse of about 220 m², peaceful and private.
Perfect for a weekend or longer with family, friends, or colleagues, enjoy great times together: explore the forest with its hiking trails and relax in the spa (35°C) and games area, available year-round—even in winter!
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a 35 m² dining area and a 34 m² living room with a pool table. A 40 m² natural stone room is set up for entertainment with a spa (for 6), foosball, darts, ping-pong table, and many games.
Ground floor:
- 14 m² bedroom with double bed and direct accessible bathroom
- 9 m² bedroom with two single beds (or one double)
- Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and separate toilet
Upstairs:
