The check-in is in the castle, but our room was in a different building and the check-out is in the breakfast building. Although a bit far from Stockholm city, it is nevertheless easily reachable by metro/local train

Room was really small which makes it difficult to move in when couple offer small belongings are placed on the floor. But mostly, i did not like the fact that it shows totally different pictures on hotel.com while making the booking. I just chose the room by looking at the picture but was not impressed when entered the room Cox it was booked for some special occasion. Location wise best place to stay in summer if one chose the right room type.

One star hotel

Small room, no service, no refrigerator, noisy, breakfast was awful, no coffee machine or espresso, very poor quality breakfast, very rude stuff working on kitchen, 5 min before 09:00 he kicked gusts out, breakfast time was from 07:00 to 09:00, no safety boxes in rooms, air conditioning defect, after 23:00 if you need help no body was in hotel and you have to wait until tomorrow. NO RECOMMEND this hotel at all

AC didn’t work, and there are no laundry facilities for guests, but I’m finding that’s a problem in the entire country of Sweden! Asked three different people for towels, and finally had to follow the third person to get them.

You stay in the smallest room imaginable in what appears to be former stable rooms. Good luck finding staff. Don't try to wash your hair in the shower as it's so small you can't get your arms to your head. Weird smell in the stable/room. Breakfast was fine, but half the dishes were empty both mornings. There is an epic karaoke room though...that was super fun

Rummet och hotellet var bra, sängen var väldigt bekväm och området är tyst. Häftit med ett stort badkar i rummet. Väldigt konstigt att det inte fanns någon dörr mellan sovrummet och toaletten. Vi hade tyvärr ett problem med elen under vår vistelse och personalen kunde ha hanterat det bättre utan mina upprepade påminnelser eftersom jag fick gå till receptionen fler gånger för att dem aldrig svarade på telefon.

Bra och prisvärt hotell. Skönt med en extrasäng som var fullsize och som fick plats i rummet. Maten och servicen på slottet var under all kritik. Rummet var häftigt men kallt, saknade vettig belysning, saknade spegel och låg i annan byggnad än restaurangcoch reception. Dessutom erbjuds ingen frukost då något blivit fel med bokningen, men jag kompenserades med en varmrätt vilket väl känns okej. Destinationsladdning för 5kr/kWh är i högsta laget. Maten var fantastisk och personalen väldigt trevlig.

Iskallt rum som tog halva natten att värma upp med ett extra elelement. Frukosten var enkel. Ost och skinkskivorna var torra då de antagligen legat framme länge. Våfflorna smakade surt, gammalt? Gick inte att äta upp! Annars var rummet jättefint och sängarna sköna. Men att frysa halva natten är inte ok!
