house cleaning was poor, dirty towels in shower were never picked up, bed was made by just throwing the blanket back on bed. Dirty glasses were not taken away. Garbage in can was taken away every day.

There is a strong smell of either urine or laundry in the room. It is impossible to air the room, the windows do not open, there is no ventilation system. The internet speed is terrible, it is impossible to watch YouTube normally.
