The best service and comfort I highly recommend ❤️

My first day walking in I had some issues prior to entering the capital and the staff where very comforting and considerate that they allowed me to check in earlier they were extremely considerate because I had no sleep at prior to arriving. I will be highly recommended them to all my friends and social media

The service was excellent from the very start. Shortly after we completed the online booking, the hotel reached out to confirm our arrival time and offered to arrange a taxi if needed. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with drinks, and since the previous guests had already checked out, we were able to check in early. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The room exceeded our expectations—much better than what the online photos had suggested. We were given a complimentary drink each evening too. The location was ideal, just a short walk (under 5 minutes) to the heart of Valletta. Bus 133, which stops just around the corner from the hotel, made it easy to get around central Malta as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Malta. The staff were super friendly, the hotel is very accommodating, they sent a cab to pick me up from the airport. The cab driver was very knowledgeable about the city which was a history crash course. The city itself is spectacular and this hotel reflects it very well. I got a room with a balcony facing the street and loved the views. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming by Monika and Emiliano with a drink. Room 503 was more like a suite with sea views. Air con in both areas. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast was very good but no butter just spread. Cooked breakfast available too. Free glass of wine 6-7pm a nice aperitif before going out. Great location just 1.5 blocks from Republic St.

An excellent hotel

We stayed for seven nights in May 24. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It is obvious that the staff are well trained by the delightful Manager - all were professional welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. It is very central for the main sights, bus station and ferries and the complimentary drink between 6pm and 7pm allowed us to meet and make acquaintance with guests from other countries.

This is the place to stay in Valetta. Rooms are spacious and include all the comforts. Daily breakfast service delicious and professional. Evening drink in the bar included, and little treats for afternoon available in the foyer. Loved this place.

Great hotel with amazing staff

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast ia excellent. But, it is the staff that sets it apart from other hotels. Many thanks to Emiliano, Miguel, Monica, Samuel, Maria, Paula, Diana, Mone, Axel, Ijax and all those who went out of their way to guide us on all things Malta. Would highly recommend!

Really Good

This was a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located only a stones throw from St. Georges Square and only metres from Strait Street where you will find lots of restaurants. The room was very good, both spacious and spotless. Breakfast was very good - I had the omelette one morning and the avocado toast the following morning. Both were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent - The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city on a sightseeing visit. The best part about the hotel was the staff, lovely people and so helpful throughout. Hotel was really clean, breakfast was excellent, the bar area was nice (free wine 6-7pm as well), complimentary waters, cakes, sweets. Spacious rooms, very modern inside and cleaned regularly. Thank you for a great stay.
