On arrival found that the actual accommodation was a kilometer outside the village and that the nearest shops were 30 minutes drive away. Said the accommodation was unsuitable and the staff said they could offer us a place at Valle Gran Rey instead but this was not where we wanted to be. Left without staying in the accommodation and understood that we would not be charged but the full amount was charged to my credit card the next day. Phoned Expedia who said they would arrange a refund but when it did not appear phoned them again to be told no refund possible - just a €75 voucher.

Entorno y dueña encantadores, cocina no tanto.

La señora Efigenia, un encanto, súper atenta, pero sus trabajadores no tanto. Las instalaciones básicas, pero el entorno precioso. Cena y desayuno claramente mejorable, demasiado rústico para el precio que cobran.
