The Apartaments Heliconia are located beside the street between La Calera and La Playa facing the banana plantations. The house consists of 6 apartments which are very good equipped. Three of them are situated downstairs and three upstairs. The apartments are bright, spacey and tastefully designed. The big top level terrace shows a panoramic view and also sea view. It can be used by all the guests, but also every apartment has its own balcony or terrace.
The Apartment Nº 3 is the last apartment downstairs with one sleeping room, bath, living-kitchen and large balcony, which is facing the banana plantation. The indicated price is valid for 1-2 persons.

Gute Unterkunft
Obwohl im Erdgeschoss istces auf der Terrasse echt angenehm. Man schaut in einen netten kleinen Garten und auch auf das Meer. Wenn nicht gerade Calima ist, kann man aich El Hierro sehen. Ansonsten hört man viele Vögel und am Abend die Sepiasturmtaucher. Man hört auch das Meer und Abends sogar die Trommler unten am Meer. Die Lage ist auch gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer an der Promenade, wo sich alle treffen. Und genauso in wenigen Minuten etwas bergauf in La Galera mit Supermarkt, Bioladen und ein paar Restaurants. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man braucht, inklusive einer kleinen Espressokanne. Und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte perfekt.

Sauberes Quartier
Es handelt sich um ein sauberes Quartier, das ruhig und schön gelegen ist. Nur zwei Sachen hätte ich mir gewünscht. Erstens wäre es schön gewesen wenn im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wasser gestanden hätte, den Weg haben erst spät abends an und hatten Durst. Zweitens wäre es gut, wenn alte Möbel entsorgt würden. Im Schlafzimmer stand ein Nachtschrank, der schlimm nach Keller roch. Den haben wir dann für den Zeitraum unserer Reise auf den Balkon gestellt und gelüftet.

Schönes, ruhiges Apartment
Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Es ist ruhig und in Strandnähe (ca. 5 Gehminuten). Supermärkte liegen ebenfalls auf dem Weg zum Strand. Das Apartment verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Schlafzimmer, das auch im August in der Nacht kühl ist und über 2 bequeme Betten und einen geräumigen Schrank verfügt. Die Terrasse hat einen Meerblick und lädt zum entspannten, schattigen Kaffeetrinken zur jeder Tageszeit ein. Es sind außerdem immer reichlich Parkplätze direkt vor dem Appartement vorhanden. Check In und Check Out waren super einfach und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder!
