A nice hotel next to a wonderful park, and walking distance to the historical center (10 minutes)… and fun to get lost wandering the streets, lots of pedestrian activity in the historical area and full of charm.

Lcation and most of the staff were great. Initial room during the 1st night was terrible due to noise pollution from a noisy , "clanking"ventilation/ AC system. Kept me up half the night. After being denied a request for a room change the 1st evening, I spoke to the day time staff the next morning and told the to fix it or give me another room. The fan could not be repaired and I was given a nicer room on the same floor for the rest of my 4 day stay. Very good breakfast buffet, great parking and location near Campo Grande, RR station and Valladolid Center and Plaza Mayor. Overall good but could have been excellent had it not been for the lack of responsiveness the 1st evening and night.

Easy to find and ideal location from the main Valladolid train station. Reception/restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful (also spoke English well). General cleanliness excellent, lovely ambience and nice classic decor. Fresh towels and bed made daily. Tea/coffee/water provided in room and in reception area. Good breakfast choices. Would stay again!

Difficult by car.

Accessing the hotel by car is complicated because the street is traffic restricted. It would have been helpful to have had instructions from the hotel in advance. Has its own parking garage. Short walk to pedestrianised town centre with bars and restaurants.
