Parking carries a $20 daily charge, which was not communicated at the front desk and not advertised in the listing description, so this was an unexpected expense. Customer service was great—staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast quality could be improved. It appears items are pre-cooked in advance, and some foods were overcooked by the time of service. The oatmeal was extremely overdone, and the pastries and coffee cakes seemed either not fully thawed or overly cold.

Beautiful property. One of the nicer hiltons I've stayed at. Breakfast is excellent. They have an omelet bar & a social hour in the evening with 2 complimentary drink tickets per guest. Overall really nice. I was a bit disappointed we had tp pay $20 to park, especially with the price of the hotel. It wasn't even patrolled parking, or gated. Just a large garage, no key card to get in or out either. Other than that i have no complaints

I took my wife for her birthday weekend. My wife used her card for the hold. BIG MISTAKE! Instead of taking 105 they took.505 then said tgey would refund it but it will take 7-10 business days. But gave us points that covered 1 free night so we moved forward. Then Sunday they take another 100 and charge us for parking. Im kust over it

Room was great. Staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was delish! Kids loved it. The only “complaint” was that the phone in the room didn’t seem to work when I would call the front desk or house keeping. I eventually got an AI assistant that when I left request for towels to be brought, nothing happened. I should have walked down to the desk and taken care of it myself but I didn’t. Other than that, it was perfect.

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites in Huntsville, Alabama fell short of expectations in several areas. Upon arrival, the bathtub stopper was not functioning properly, and there was visible mold around the tub—both of which raise concerns about maintenance and cleanliness. Additionally, the in-room phone did not work, which made contacting the front desk inconvenient. Front desk service was inconsistent. While some staff interactions were pleasant, others did not reflect the level of hospitality typically associated with this brand or the region. Housekeeping service during our five-night stay was minimal. Cleaning was infrequent, and when service was provided, it appeared to be limited to surface-level tasks; the room was not vacuumed. One notable positive was the bartender at the Co-Op Restaurant. He was exceptional—professional, personable, and attentive. His service significantly improved the overall experience and deserves recognition. Overall, this location did not meet the standards I expect from Embassy Suites, though individual staff members demonstrated what the experience could have been.
