    Nothing fancy, but spacious and well equipped

    This apartment has two real bedrooms, a large bath with multijet shower and lots of hot water. Full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and a big tv. Everything works, but is a bit scruffy. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night. The neighborhood is a bit iffy, but convenient to the tram straight to Valenciennes. There is a mini mart next door, a friendly bar on the corner and a great bakery two blocks up the street.

    DECEPTION

    malgré des échanges ( mails et téléphone ) le propriétaire ne nous attendait pas ! nous avons dû présenter le justificatif de location. De ce fait l'appartement n'était pas nettoyé, le ménage a été fait dans l'URGENCE !!! Appartement très bruyant côté rue impossible de dormir.

    Vriendelijke eigenaar. Wil graag helpen. Voldoende gefaciliteerd voor de prijs. Wel verouderd. (kapotte bank etc maar dat is voor deze prijs geen probleem. Schone handdoeken en beddengoed! Dus dat is fijn.
