Una estancia perfecta
Camas cómodas, silencioso, terraza fantástica para desayunar, WiFi correcta, plaza de parking incluída. El barrio tiene muchas opciones de restaurantes y al lado está el mercado de Russafa.
La comunicación, hubo un poco de lío con los correos electrónicos. A veces es mejor hacer una llamada para confirmar la recepción del correo.

APARTAMENTO MUY COMODO
Apartamento muy cómodo. A pesar de ser un primer piso, tiene mucha luz. Salón muy agradable. Habitaciones cómodas. Baños y cocina muy bien. Dispone de una terraza con sol, aunque al llover, no hemos podido salir.

Limpio, espacioso y buena situacion.
La atencion via wsp estupenda, tuve un problema con el calentador y en menos de media hora me lo habian solucionado.
Sufrimos yo y mi familia en medio de nuestras vacaciones el estado de alarma y tengo que decir que Singular estuvo a la altura de las circunstancias, me sentí muy bien atendida y enseguida nos facilitaron todo para poder estar en el breve tiempo con todo solucionado y camino de casa.

Prima appartement in een gezellige wijk
Het appartement met 2 badkamers en een goed uitgeruste keuken is ons gied bevallen. Er zijn leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en trein en metro zijn op een kwartiertje lopen.
Het ging alleen mis met de sleuteloverdracht bij aankomst. De sleutel moest op een kantoor op 10 minuten lopen opgehaald worden, maar die bleek op een ander kantoor te liggen.

L’appartamento è molto pulito e dotato di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico di ultima generazione. È in una posizione strategica rispetto ai maggiori luoghi di interesse (CAC,città vecchia,quartiere Ruzafa) e nelle vicinanze ci sono svariate attività commerciali (supermercati,bar,ristoranti,panetterie,ecc...). Il quartiere è abbastanza silenzio ed è molto tranquillo anche di notte,
