Nice spacious house to spend perfect holidays or weekends with all the comforts you may need. All they have to bring is the desire to be calm. Rent for ten people maximum. They would be alone in the house. It is not shared with anyone else. Ask for availability and prices without obligation. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles and a bathroom, a terrace. Includes all appliances are newly purchased necessary utensils include bed linen and towels. They are 25 km from Valencia and airport and 25 km from Cullera. Near golf course, Horses for rent, surf school, KiteSurf, Windsurf. Very quiet area and very clean beaches. At the time of entry we charge € 250 in cash deposit this money will be refunded at the time of departure thanks.

Long weekend break for group of six friends

The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. In the end we used Google translate to communicate entirely in Spanish and this did improve communication with the manager.

Location de qualité pour un long week-end

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours pour visiter Valence et ses environs. La proximité de Valence est appréciable. L'environnement est calme et l'accès est facile. Le stationnement est possible à côté de la maison. La vue de la terrasse est sympathique ; vue sur mer. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement en cas de besoin. Je conseille sans problème.

Fantastic property for golfing group at El Saler

6 of us stayed here for 1 week's golf at El Saler GC-2 minutes by car to the course. Sergio texted the keypad code so easy entry & parking was very closeby. On entry, we were greeted by a large dining/ living room & the whole apartment was obviously super-clean. 2 shared a twin bedroom but other 4 had a room each. Only fault was that there was not enough storage space for clothes etc but beds comfortable. 2 good bathrooms were ideal for 6 golfers. Very well equipped kitchen plus washing machine in kitchen off roof terrace was useful. Unfortunately it was too windy to enjoy the roof terrace properly but good to have some outside private space. The central heating was appreciated on the cooler evenings. Surrounding area was very quiet with most restaurants closed as it was March, which was disappointing. Small but well stocked supermarket was a 1 minute walk so very useful. (And open on a Sunday!) Bus to Valencia took about 40mins & only cost €1.5 so that was great. In summary, a great apartment for golfing with the bonus of easy travel to Valencia on public transport. Sergio replied to emails & texts very promptly if we had any issues which was reassuring.

La casa era un fiel reflejo de las fotos y video existentes. Ubicada a escasos 5 minutos de la playa andando, permite tener intimidad, tranquilidad y todas las comodidades para estar relajado y disfrutando de una casa acogedora. La terraza con vistas al mar es un lujo alcance de muy pocos alojamientos. Tanto Sergio como su mujer nos prestaron máxima atención y disponibilidad para hacer de nuestra estancia un tiempo de disfrute. Además, nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades para salir relajádamente. 100% recomendable!!!.
