This was a very limited service hotel with no common areas aside from the lobby and reception desk. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but I think the property was overpriced for what was provided

The Hotel was in a fantastic location. The bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Our check in was speedy and the staff covered briefly the places of interest and how to travel efficiently through the city. We forgot to ask about the bike rental, but having the service available was very much appreciated. We had a wonderful time in Valencia and would happily stay here again.

Good apartment and location.

Check-in and check-out is not so convenient as they have limited hours and the reception is not at the place you go to and come from when going out to the street. A bit too noisy at night as it is on a low floor.

Amazing experience

we only stayed there for one night and it was very clean and very comfortable. we were three people in the room. and had a wonderful experience and the staff was very friendly the hotel is very close to the city of arts and science.

Beautiful rooms and bathroom in a beautiful period building in the centre of a great part of town. Lovely all round. Helpful receptionist.

I stayed only one night but it was great. I had a room with shared bathroom and it was fine. Don't know if they had less people than usual. Bed was comfortable and had a small refrigerator, tea kettle (with tea selection!), a/c (mine didn't work well) and a ceiling fan (that saved me). The staff is really young and super helpful. The location is residential but walking distance to city center, and Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Good public transportation, like everywhere in the cities I had been before in Spain.

Nice hotel, perfect location

This hotel enjoys a perfect location in a really nice part of Valencia, full of old back streets and amazing restaurants. Major beaches are a short bus ride away, and the major features of Valencia itself, most notably the City of Arts & Science and Oceanographic, are all within short walking distance. The staff are helpful & very friendly.

Great location and price

This was my third trip to Valencia this year and chose the hotel because it's cheap and central. I wasn't quite expecting such a nice room with a really comfortable bed. For the price and location it's 10/10 will definitely use it again if I need to. Staff very friendly. Can not fault it.

Very clean and tidy. Staff were very happy and helpful. A smiling face is always a welcome start to a stay. Great location for a short taxi back from an evening n the city centre. Will definitely use them again

Not exactly as advertised but still great

You should remove the reference of a fridge in the single rooms; they don't have them. Moreover the reference to a buffet breakfast is rather misleading; you tick on a card 3 items you want for your breakfast. Having said that, they had freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh baked goods every day and a great selection of hot drinks. Superb. The location was great, beside the green corridor and walking distance to city centre sights and a bus that takes you straight to the beach. The room was on the small side but was very clean and had everything you needed. Overall, great value.

perfectly positioned and superbly helpful staff

A superb little gem in the sense that it is a clean, functional and perfectly positioned hotel: it is within (very scenic) walking distance from the old town and also from the stunning Arts & Sciences Park. Being right next to the old riverbed (turned into magnificent 10 km-long gardens), one can stroll up and down from the hotel and easily visit whatever old and new Valencia has to offer. Also, the staff was splendid! In how many hotels of this type (or any type) do you have staff sitting down with you at checkin time, take out a large map and spend 20+ minutes giving advice and tips on what routes to take to which attractions? So a big thank you for many many good tips and insights! I even threw away a bunch of the information printed from the internet, as their maps and advice was way better :)
