The property is located a walkable distance to the beach, about 10 minutes, the tram stop is close by, the hotel and room were clean. There was a hot water kettle, coffee, tea, a stove top and fridge in the room I stayed in, which made it extra convenient

This is an excellent hotel for a long-term stay, offering fantastic infrastructure including a gym, a café for meals, a coworking space, and a secure underground parking garage with electric car charging. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and everything in the hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained, with great housekeeping. The only real drawback is the limited kitchen equipment; no pans, pots, or basics like a wine opener, despite having a small kitchen setup. The location is convenient, just 750 meters from Malvarrosa Beach, easily reachable on foot. The surrounding area does have quite a few homeless people, and some may spend the night near the back of the hotel, which can be uncomfortable if walking, though this is not an issue if you’re using a car. I highly recommend this hotel for its modern facilities, cleanliness, and comfort.

The staff from the reception and dining area were amazing! Food was great and affordable as well. The Malvarrosa Beach is also a walking distance from the hotel. In terms of other food options, I recommend a visit to the Mercabanyal not too far from the beach.

Very comfortable

Looks like a fairly new building, rooms were very comfortable and facilities in the room was very good. (Indction hob, oven and tea making) this property is used by a lot of university students but they are well behaved. 10 min walk to beach and good transport to city centre.

Das Zimmer war okay, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Bei mir war die Lampe am Bett kaputt und am 2. Tag ist auch die Sonnenblende kaputt gegangen. Der angekündigte Handwerker ist bis zu meiner Abreise nie gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern war schwierig, da es ein Glücksspiel war ob man jemanden erwischt hat der Englisch konnte. Zu dem hatte ich eher das Gefühl in einem Studentenwohnheim untergekommen zu sein. Das Hotel ist aber gut angebunden und bis zum Strand sind es nur 15min Fußweg.

Nära till Malvarosastranden som är stor och välskött och där det även finns restauranger och barer. Lugnt område med bra kommunikationer till stadens sevärdheter. God ljudisolering och tyst välfungerande AC.

Das Hotel ist eher für jüngere Gäste ausgelegt. Der Bestellborgsng beim Frühstück ist etwas aufwendig und nicht gleich zu verstehen. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel room was clean. But the room is not cleaned every day and they also forgot to change my bed few times. Also the personal gets angry if you enter the hotel lobby only with shorts. :) So be careful. Also, my air conditioner did not work in the room. But overall good experience. Very close to the beach.
