    Banking information Stolen by Hotel Employee

    A co-worker and myself stayed in the hotel for probably 4 months. Shortly after check-in charges started appearing on my bank card as well as my co-workers. I used my bank card only in two locations in Venezeula but she used hers only at the hotel so it was fairly obvious the hotel was responsible yet they did nothing when I complained. When I complained to Hilton International, at first they seemed concerned but it has been over two months and they have done nothing. The last excuse was they could not contact the hotel manager. Stay here at your own risk and don't expect Hilton to help you out if you find yourself in a similar situation.

    Very well appointed suite. Excellent complimentary breakfast
