Service from hell

BIG trouble with the checkin, the number in my reservation was wrong, the support person in the phone sad give me a minute and cut the call, If it wasn't for a guest who helped me I would probably have to sleep in the car. I will never book this chain of hotels again.

If you’re coming late to the property then the check in process is automated through a machine and for me it caused quite a lot of issue since the POS machine was not responding. So i had to be stranded outside in cold rainy day for almost half an hour.
