Nice place, a little difficult

Beautiful apartment. Good location with a great view. Communication wasn't great-- we received no email with instructions and had a little trouble getting in. Also, we were told we must pay the extra fee (in cash, in the room) even though we paid for the room online ahead of time with our US credit card.

Excelente ubicación, fácil y rápida comunicación con el personal/propietarios y conserjes muy amables; apartamento nuevo, todo limpio y en buen estado.

El hospedaje es muy bueno, lo recomiendo, pero la comunicación fue pésima, no me contestaron para resolver que el wifi no estaba funcionando. Deberían considerar la importancia de la conexión a internet para los extranjeros y que respondan los mensajes al menos para saber qué ocurre y si se puede solucionar.
