At the heart of the Beaujolais, just 1 km from the medieval village of Oingt, totally detached house, all on one level, with beautiful views. Owners (winegrowers) live in the small hamlet nearby. Large living room opening onto covered terrace (dining & lounge areas), open kitchen. Hall. 2 double rooms (each one with two 90 x 200cm beds that can be joined to form king size bed, private facilities (shower, washbasin, WC) and direct access to outdoors. 1 family room with two 90 x 200cm beds + double sofa bed. Separate shower room including WC. Outdoors : extensive grounds (1700 sq.m.) with lawn, covered terrace with wooden table & benches, barbecue, deck chairs, boules set, climbing-frame, parking area. On request, Raphaël can arrange a tasting. Disabled access, except for the 2 private shower rooms inside the double rooms.
