Terrace + private gravel Court. Small steep natural slopes. Ski area Val Cenis Vanoise at 400 m. Cross-country skiing at 700 m. Contemporary style house located at the entrance of the village, above the road. Bordering grasslands and meadows wooded. Bed & Breakfast very good comfort. Spacious and bright. Large terrace with superb views of the Valley, massif and the Parrachée tooth. Close to shops & services. Gite 400m from the Val-Cenis-Vanoise ski area (125 km of slopes). Many sports, aerial and outdoor activities, summer and winter. At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, with magnificent hikes to mountain lakes and glaciers.
