Duplex gîte on the second floor of a house including other accommodation rented year-round. 2nd floor: entrance, kitchen opening onto a balcony, living room - lounge (140x190 cm convertible sofa) opening onto a second balcony, separate WC. 3rd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x190 cm, bathroom (shower). Non-private parking space in front of the gîte. Ski room. Comfortable cottage with two balconies offering a clear view of the surrounding peaks. Duplex offering comfortable and warm living spaces. Immediate quality environment in a quiet residential area close to the slopes, shops and services. Comfortable cottage 500 meters from the ski slopes, in the center of Termignon.
