Front balcony. Courtyard / terrace and garden with a stream. Garage for bicycles, motorcycles and skis. Bathroom linen included. Parking on the plot 20 m from the cottage or in front of the house depending on the snow cover. Ski Val Cenis Vanoise at 400 m (free shuttle in winter at 50 m). Also 11 km. Beautiful country farmhouse located 400m from the alpine ski slopes, in the heart of the typical old village. Quiet area benefiting from the proximity of shops and services.
