LA Villa DU Doron - LA Dent Parrachee
House comprising 4 gites, 20 m from the owners' house. Gite on the 1st floor comprising a living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms (2 single bunk beds; 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm / 1 bed 140 x 200 cm), a bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. TV with USB port. Shared laundry room in the basement with washing machine and dryer. Shared terrace with private garden furniture for each of the gites. Shared billiards in a room on the ground floor. This house is located 600 m from the Termignon ski slopes / Val Cenis Vanoise area, with a shuttle only in winter. On the edge of the Doron torrent and next to a chapel, in a quiet area with all shops 300 m away. The view is very clear on the village and the mountains. After spending years building bread ovens in the Drôme region, Pascal and Blandine decided to change their lives. By renovating this listed 1909 house, they succeeded in creating three charming and comfortable cottages, thanks to the use of local materials and careful decoration.
