This is a separate building on a huge plot of land ONLY rented out when the owners of the main house are not present. A very short walk into town gives all the benefits of a bustling place with its delicious markets, restaurants and culture yet set in a beautiful serene garden with very large secure pool and great views. Total privacy and a perfect location. Three comfortable bedrooms furnished to a high standard with air-conditioning and all with ensuite shower rooms.

With new beds, bedding and towels, restored vintage French furniture, local artworks and beautiful linen curtains throughout this is truly a perfect holiday spot. Modern and iconic designer pieces on top of a cool concrete floor make it a wonderful place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. Whilst the house is all on one level the living accommodation, kitchen and all the bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings perfect for the warm summers.

All kitchen equipment is new and is complimented by a quality granite worktop and appliances.

In addition there is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large American fridge freezer, an additional kitchen fridge being undercounter. Please note there is airconditioning in both the two double bedrooms and the living room but not in the third twin room (it is north facing and has a fan.

The three bedrooms sleeping 6 people in total are decorated with French vintage posters and all have ensuite shower rooms. The twin room and one of the doubles, number 2, share a wc.
Double bedroom 1 has an ensuite shower room with a wc.

The gardens have been completely relandscaped with the addition of terraces, a stunning outside shower and a huge quantity of traditional Provençal plants.
Dozens of seating areas are dotted around the beautiful and extensive gardens of over 2000 m2 enjoying views of the famous Mont Ventoux, the vineyards surrounding the house on 3 sides , the medieval high town and impressive fort of Vaison and of course the crowning glory of the Roman amphitheatre only 700 m away from the house. There are various cultural performances in the amphitheatre throughout the warmer months and it is a thoroughly recommended experience.

Guests have access to the entire garden with plenty of shade provided both by trees and pergolas. Please note that all the garden furniture is new and of a very high quality.

There is also an outdoor table tennis table and a set of boules ready for your use in a shaded covered area.
The pool, which benefits from a heat retention cover, opens in May and will close early to mid October depending on the outside temperature.
