Terrific staff. The valet during my third day was especially good at his job. Unfortunately, i came during their off-season so amenities were more limited. Regardless, it was quite a good stay with a beautiful room, beautiful surroundings, and reasonable accommodations.

We loved our stay. Warm, homestyle feel while still so luxurious. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo and it was beautiful. We can't wait to book again.

Beautiful rooms, not many amenities. Only change sheets every other day but do not do a turn down service, refresh or replace used items ie coffee etc. No sodas snacks or ice in room, only full bottles of alcohol with no mixers. Kuerig coffee maker with 4 k cups. Staff not very friendly, except valets who were wonderful. Restaurant food horrible greasy and overpriced staff service spotty with some friendly but not very attentive. Tip for breakfast included in bill but not advertised as such. Overall 5 star rooms with not much else. Skip this one.
