Convenient Spot in East Vail
From this location, the bus to Vail Village is convenient. There is a short walk to the bus stop and the walk is down hill to the stop and uphill returning. So elderly or disabled folks should be aware. The unit is clean, well appointed, and comfortable.

Nice, Updated 2br with some hiccups
This is a nicely refreshed 2br with lots of sheets towels and an updated kitchen with lots of utensils and other necessities to cook in. Very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Fast WiFi
The apartment is in a building and complex that are definitely dated. During our stay the stairs and leading to and from the Vail shuttle stop were never cleared of ice and snow , which made the walk up and down a fairly steep hill not as comfortable as we would have liked. Otherwise it’s a nice place 10 minutes from vail by the shuttle. Convenient and comfortable.

What we needed
Property was just as advertised- good stay. Had trouble getting it n the door upon arrival as code was wrong. That was an inconvenience as we were trying to put up our things and get to the grocery store - which closed by the time we got the right code.

Overall great but….
Looks recently renovated. Great location for proximity to family and going downtown to Vail with parking and bus service. Great biking and walking, hiking, and biking nearby. One bedroom has two full beds and the other has a queen. An oscillating fan on a pedestal in the living area would be a great addition. We borrowed one from family.
However, the stove did not work properly which made it impossible to use to cook. All burners turned on and got warm and then the temperature dropped making it impossible to really use. Oven worked fine. It’s probably time for a new stove.
Would definitely go back and recommend if the stove was replaced.

Nicely updated older condo unit
Location is close to a bus stop. Only used the car to go to places other than Vail Village. Bus service is free and convenient. The condo is nicely updated, especially the galley kitchen and the bath. Washer and dryer are new and good quality. Furnishings are fine. Bedroom window was open when we got there and refused to close. I put paper towels in the crack.
The email from the property manager was a bit early (four weeks before we arrived). By the time we arrived I had forgotten about the email, which had a lot of specific, practical info in it.
Overall, we were happy with the unit and I would stay there again.

Great stay
Clean, cozy apartment in East Vail. The unit has everything you need for a great stay, had an issue with the fireplqce but after calling managment was dealt promptly.
Would have love to a have a shovel to clean the stairs at front.
* This is a FIRST floor unit, with a narrow staircase so consider it if someone in your party has mobility issues.
Would stay here again.
