This is an older unit that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, third floor unit. There is an elevator in the building. There one master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) and a bathroom off the living area. The living room also has a queen sized sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

ABOUT: The resort has an indoor, outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. It is located 1 mile from Lionshead lift area in Vail. The resort offers a shuttle service available during lift hours or guests can take the free Vail public bus.

PARKING: There is one outoor parking space available on the property for this unit.

GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in.

CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 am. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.

CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
