The cottage sits on a beautifully landscaped 6,000 m² property with a private fishing pond, nestled in the heart of the Hautes Vosges, surrounded by mountains and close to outdoor activities year-round. You can fish directly in the pond (catch and release only), with carp up to 15 kg. Spend your days relaxing and enjoying the peaceful green space reserved for you. The pavilion is set back from the road, ensuring complete tranquility.
Ideal for a family of 3 to 4 people, but not recommended for 4 adults as the only bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain, reducing privacy. The cottage includes a veranda, a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, and a small terrace. The relaxation area features a lawn, a large playground for children, and swings. An outdoor fireplace and adjoining table are reserved for the cottage. Central gas heating with radiators.
The village center is 1 km away, offering shops and services: supermarket, hardware stores, bakeries, butcher, restaurants, and more. The nearby village provides all amenities. Many hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks within 8 km, and alpine ski slopes 15 km away (Haut du Tôt, Rochesson, Gérardmer, La Bresse) are accessible. In summer, enjoy swimming, mountain biking, climbing, and paragliding.
