Welcome to this cozy, bright vacation home, which you will find on a beachfront property on Lake Käringa. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake from the living room while eating or drinking coffee. On warm days, you can enjoy a swim in the lake and relax on the terrace overlooking the lake.
During a vacation in this house you can spend your days fishing, swimming and hiking around the lake. The St. Francis Way is part of a network of pilgrimage routes that run through Sweden and other parts of Europe, including Spain and Norway. The trail leads through beautiful scenery near Lake Vättern and is an obvious choice if you are looking for hiking trails. If you'd rather improve your swing, a golf course is just a short drive from the house. Other highlights include the Store Mosse National Park, the Östermoskogen and Dumme Mosse nature reserves and the town of Jönköping with its charming town center. On Västra Torget you can discover stalls selling meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, most of which are locally produced, every Saturday between 7.30 am and 1 pm. In summer, you should try a trip on one of the many excursion boats on Lake Vättern, e.g. M/S Nya Skärgården.
