Top Lage, aber dreckig

Das Haus liegt nur 2 Gehminuten vom ruhigen Strand entfernt, top! Auch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe, der alles führt, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Nur leider ist das an sich schöne Haus und das Grundstück in keinem guten Zustand. Das Haus war schmutzig, staubig, voller Spinnweben und teilweise waren noch die Überreste der Vorgänger sichtbar. Die Fenster wurden wahrscheinlich schon seit ein paar Jahren nicht mehr geputzt und das Bad ist eine Zumutung. Den fehlenden Duschvorhang haben wir dann gefunden und notdürftig installiert. Das Klo und gesamte Bad roch unangenehm. Insgesamt benötigt das Bad dringend eine Komplettsanierung. Ebenso wurde das Grundstück um das Haus vermutlich schon seit längerem nicht mehr gepflegt. Es gibt keinen Rasen, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sondern alles ist vermoost und ein wilder Acker, lädt nicht zum spielen ein. Ist ein bisschen schade, da das Haus und Grundstück mit wenig Aufwand viel Potenzial bieten würde.
