The hotel’s location was very convenient for walking or catching transportation. There are many choices nearby for restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in process was relatively straightforward.
The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were way too big and sort of hard. We couldn’t compress them to a more comfortable position. The bathroom needs towel bars and nonslip tub mat or strips inside the tub. That was quite unsafe and felt a little scary when showering.
Our area of the hotel was very quiet even though we were close to the elevator.
