I was very happy with how clean the hotel was — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a nice surprise. The beds were soft on top and a bit on the firm side underneath, but overall, for the price, this hotel was a great value.

The Quality Inn of Obeida, New York is a pleasant and comfortable Hotel. It is set well back from the road and can be difficult to see, depending on the direction from which one approaches. The area was what it was...the hotel however, was dirty. As soon as you walk in, the hallways wreaked of a stale odor, carpet and stairs looked dingy. They may have replaced the towels and bed but they most certainly did not clean. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom, under the toilet lid had stains, and the tub itself had a line of what looked to be a film of dirt that sits after the water drained. Needless to say, my husband and I showered in slippers. I understand places get busy, but I don't understand not cleaning properly. Customers do pay for this. I am disappointed that I was not comfortable where I had to lay my head and unfortunately, we checked in extremely late having to travel far.
