For shared use: table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, children's playground, bathing jetty. In the complex: reception, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Footpath to the house. Central parking spaces. Shop 400 m, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Userin" 400 m, grass beach 300 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Since March 25 there is fast internet in the house with 75mbit.

Kinderfreundliches Raumwunder

Hatten mit Baby und Kleinkind eine tolle Woche in dem Häusle. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend, viel Platz um zu spielen, durch das viele Holz im Haus sehr gemütlich. Haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und wer einfach einen bodenständigen Urlaub im Ferienhaus machen möchte, ist da genau richtig. Spielplatz auf der Anlage top, Badeöglichkeiten gut, ohne viel Action.

Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer abgewohnt. Einiges andere müsste auch erneuert werden. Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Sehr schöne Gegend. Personal auch sehr freundlich. Ein anderes Häuschen dort immer wieder gerne.

Ferienhaus Useriner See

Das Haus war schön, jedoch gab es ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte. Die Kopfkissen waren nicht nur nur sehr dünn sondern auch sehr klein (80x40). Für einen Erwachsenen ist das nicht ausreichend. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Das habe ich bereits mit der dortigen Verwaltung besprochen. Ansonsten würde ich jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Hübsche Anlage, eber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Ausstattung wie erwartet und auf den Bildern zu erkennen, gemütlich rustikal. Das eine oder andere sollte evtl.mal erneuert werden. In jedem Fall die Bettmatratzen, da diese schon sehr durchgelegen waren. Küche und Bad dreckig, vermutlich wurde keine Reinigung bei Mieterwechsel vorgenommen.

Haus am See in Userin

Das Haus ist gut und funktional geschnitten. Leider hat es die besten Tage schon hinter sich. Das Sofa ist abgewohnt und der Boden nicht sauber zu kriegen. Der See ist toll und schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist insgesamt für Naturliebhaber zu empfehlen. Sonst gibt es nicht viel. In den ersten zwei Tagen gab es Techno Musik teils bis zwei Uhr in der Nacht. Das hat nicht zu Nationalpark gepasst.

Das Haus hat nur 2 Schlafzimmer und einen Dachboden mit 2 Betten, insgesamt 6 Betten. Das versprochene freie WLAN war schlecht und nur selten verfügbar. Das sollte bei der Beschreibung geändert werden.
