The bus stop with the daily bus connections to the seaside resorts is 500 meters away. The golf course Balmer See is 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea beaches about 30 minutes by car.

The 55 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living, sleeping and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a daylight bathroom.
