Um lugar com potencial desperdiçado

Um local com muito potencial porem desperdiçado por um mau serviço. Localização privilegiada numa belíssima praia porem com aparente falta de supervisão. No quarto, diversas vezes ficámos sem água quente. O staff é claramente insuficiente e pouco treinado para uma alta temporada. Incompreensível num resort de praia retirarem as espreguiçadeiras da praia às 15h. O pior: os tempos de espera por comida e bebidas são absurdos, chegando a 2 horas (e nunca menos de 1 hora). Tudo se resolveria com um pouco mais de staff e de algum treinamento porem a gerência do local parece não se importar.

O hotel eh sinônimo de descanso. O café da manhã poderia ter mais itens, principalmente pelo preço da diária. A praia eh impecável, muito limpa, água quente. TV estava estragada, arrumaram no dia seguinte. Não tinha jantar, isso faz com que vá até a cidade, que tem bons restaurantes. Outro ponto de melhoria eh o banheiro/chuveiro.

Incrível. É um hotel para quem quer paz e tranquilidade, a praia tem pouquissímas pessoas e é maravilhosa. O hotel tem quartos amplos e muito confortáveis. Atendimento muito simpático e prestativo. O local é bem projetado e bonito. Mas já precisando fazer algumas manutenções. Estivemos no bangalô 11 e já há necessidade de alguns reparos na bancada dos lavatórios ( infiltração)e parede que divide box do vaso sanitário . Funcionários muito solícitos e simpaticos Gerry, Adriele,Marisa, Fernanda e Flávio, que por sinal um bom chef.

Local agradável com algumas ressalvas

Estivemos ao longo de 4 dias no Aldeia da Mata. Trata-se de um local agradável, pé na areia e dentro da mata atlântica, o que nos trouxe paz e tranquilidade ao longo deste período. A área externa é muito bonita e confortável, com uma piscina agradável e um lindo jardim. O serviço do bar é bom e oferece espreguiçadeiras acolchoadas e bem conservadas, além de toalhas. As toalhas não são de excelente qualidade, são toalhas normais (não são toalhas de praia), mas cumprem o propósito, são bem limpas e cheirosas. Ficamos no bangalô de número 7, um dos mais escondidos. Em relação ao bangalô, achei o mesmo muito escuro, pois não havia vidros nas janelas ou portas, então, tínhamos que escolher entre aproveitar a luz natural do dia (mantendo as janelas abertas) ou usar o ar condicionado (mantendo as janelas fechadas). Isso não me agradou muito, já que prefiro locais claros, com cortinas pra dar um ar de conforto e serenidade. Além disso, o ar condicionado não gelava muito (sempre combinávamos o uso do ar condicionado com o ventilador). As roupas de cama eram ok, nada de excelência, mas eram bem limpas e conservadas. Nossa cama de casal foi montada com a junção de dois colchões de solteiro. O chuveiro tem água quente e agradável, mas a ducha estava meio entupida, então, a água vinha como um único jato forte, como se tivesse saindo de uma bica/mangueira (sem aquela sensação de ducha proporcionada pelos vários furinhos do chuveiro). Voltaríamos, mas sugeriríamos melhoras em alguns pontos.

O bangalô (master) tem bom tamanho, a cama é confortável e o chuveiro é forte. Apenas sugiro pequena manutenção em alguns pontos (exemplo: bancada da pia, tela do banheiro). A limpeza se mostrou adequada. A equipe é simpática e presta um ótimo atendimento, com destaque para aqueles que atendem no bar da praia e no café da manhhã, o qual conta com variedade de itens. Para estadias maiores, as opções de refeição (almoço e jantar) podem ser um pouco limitadas, mas, de carro, há rápido acesso à vila de Serra Grande. O local, bem cuidado, proporciona contato com a natureza, além de ser pé na areia.

O local é muito bom, bangalôs são confortáveis em meio ao mato gera um clima muito agradável, e ao mesmo tempo você está a poucos passos do mar, colaboradores muito atenciosos e prestativos, o café da manhã é excelente tudo fresco e feito na hora, o hotel disponibiliza guarda sol e espreguiçadeiras na praia. Em relação a região não tem muitas opções de passeio e gastronomia.

Local incrível, com um atendimento muito bom de toda a equipe, sempre prestativos e gentis. A praia é fantástica! As acomodações são boas, o café da manhã muito gostoso. Pontos a melhorar: tinha muito borrachudo/pernilongo. Restaurante do hotel é bem caro.
